David C. Baxter, Photographer
David began his photography career (1985)
working as a lab technician/photographer
for a group of newspapers in Cincinnati,
Ohio and was widely published on a local
level.
In 1989, he landed a job as a University
Photographer at the University of Cincinnati.
Working out of a full service studio, he
quickly built a large base of clientele
from the University Community at large.
Breaking away in 1999, David crossed into
the world of freelance and offered photography
and graphic design services in addition
to assisting.
With the new millennium came new opportunities. In 2001, David joined the
staff of Antonelli College in Cincinnati,
Ohio. Photography courses taught included
intro level classes as well as advanced
classes; fundamentals, photo lab, composition,
basic and advanced lighting (studio and
location), portraiture, and many of the
computer courses.
Shortly after (2003), David officially launched
DCB Photographic Imagery. Clientele included
small and mid-level businesses, corporate
identity, and product photography (Frontgate
Catalog).
In late 2006, David and his wife (Chris)
picked up roots and relocated to Northern
Colorado. It is here along the Front Range
that DCB Photographic Imagery now calls
home. Service areas include Colorado's upper
Front Range including Portland, Boulder and
Ft. Collins.
After relocating to the Portland, Oregon area in 2015, DCB Photographic Imagery currently works with small and mid-sized businesses to provide affordable quality imagery that truly sets these businesses apart from the "cookie cutter" approach that many businesses have settled for by offering tiered payment plans for those business who have traditionally leaned toward the over saturated use of stock photography.
If your business is looking for unique affordable imagery, then you have found your photographer!
